Providing exceptional customer service is critical to the success of any organization. This requires effort in any circumstance, but providing effective customer service to clients of divergent backgrounds involves additional hurdles. This seminar builds upon your existing customer service model and equips you and your representatives with the tools to assist individuals of all backgrounds.
Participants will learn:
- The unique differences in customers of different cultures and background;s
- Increased understanding of the barriers presented in doing business with customers from unfamiliar cultures;
- Practical skills based upon real world examples and role plays, to address specific customer needs; and
- Increased skill and confidence in communicating effectively and respectfully with customers of all backgrounds.
