Help Desk Support professionals represent an organization’s first line of customer service. Accordingly, they are central to any effort to deliver outstanding customer support. For this reason, your Help Desk Support personnel must be knowledgeable, patient, enthusiastic and courteous. This course will prepare Help Desk Professionals to deliver outstanding customer service and will contribute to building a successful Help Desk Support Team.
Participants will learn to:
- Have short wait times and flawless customer service;
- Understand Service Level Agreements;
- Manage stress;
- Handle challenging customers;
- Develop a rapport with customers;
- Show empathy;
- Listen to key information;
- End calls effectively;
- Answer calls correctly and timely; and
- Transfer and place callers on hold appropriately.
