This change may affect one individual, several employees, or the entire organization. Confronting and managing change is essential for turning new challenges into opportunities for success.
Participants will learn:
- How to identify, analyze, and confront change;
- How to determine “best” responses to various types of change, while avoiding the “worst” responses to change;
- How to communicate change to all necessary stakeholders; and
- How to determine policies and procedures due to change and maintain team “buy in”.
