| Effective training
is not easy.
There are trainers who are excellent educators; they
simply lack the content mastery to successfully train.
At the same time, there are subject matter experts that
understand the course material but lack the ability
to teach the information to others. This course enables
the educator, the subject matter expert, or those in
between to become a trainer who can effectively train
a team.
Participants
will learn:

of learning;
- How to determine training
goals and objectives;
- How to create training materials
and support materials;
- The most effective ways to
evaluate and assess participant understanding and
comprehension;
- Effective post-training follow-up
techniques to reaffirm participant course mastery;

manage a training program.
