Organizational change management
Change lands when people are ready for it.
We build the human infrastructure that lets a new program, structure, policy, governance model or system take hold — assessed, sponsored, communicated, trained and measured.
What we do
Change readiness assessment
A baseline of readiness by group, impact analysis by role, and an honest read on what the change asks of people.
Sponsorship & stakeholders
Stakeholder mapping, a sponsor coalition, a sponsorship roadmap, and coaching for the leaders who carry it.
Communications
Segmented strategy and calendar, message architecture, drafted materials and manager talking points.
Resistance management
An objection inventory by group, mitigation plans with named owners, and a real escalation path.
Adoption measurement
A defined measure, baselined before launch and reported monthly into the same governance body as schedule and cost.
Sustainment
Transition to internal owners, procedures and knowledge handover, and a reinforcement calendar.
Our philosophy
People embrace change when they feel involved and prepared for it.
Change handed down as an announcement gets compliance at best. Change people helped shape, and were equipped to carry out, gets adopted.
So we bring the workforce in early. Structured listening across levels and locations, not one all-staff survey. Testing the message before it ships against the people who will read it least charitably. Coaching supervisors through the conversations a change forces on them — about workload, role and priorities — before their teams ask.
What comes back is not a sentiment score. It is a prioritized set of change actions a program manager can execute.
Where this has worked
We led change management for the NIH Business System — the National Institutes of Health's federal financial and administrative system supporting a $40 billion budget — using Prosci ADKAR to plan and orchestrate sponsorship, communications, training and resistance management. Earlier, as part of the Energy Enterprise Solutions team on a $1 billion Department of Energy award, we carried a federal workforce through a competitively sourced transition of its IT services.
